Users can now print on-the-go from their mobile devices via the Gmail or Google Docs application or from a web browser on desktops or laptops running on Windows, Macintosh, Linux, and Chrome platforms.

The Pixma Printing Solutions app for the iPhone, iPad, or Android devices offers a one-stop solution for printing and scanning images and documents from mobile devices. It provides users access to the printer's Remote UI, allowing them to check on details such as ink cartridge model codes, monitor remaining ink levels, and even initiate regular maintenance functions such as print-head alignment and cleaning.
